Visiting from Florida we went to this place two days in a row, it’s amazing food is very flavorful and authentic. First day I got the lamb pita my husband got the chicken shawarma pita. Second day I got egg and kashkwan cheese pita & my husband got the shakshuka. The zatar filled with lebneh croissant was good too. Definitely coming back on our next trip.

Came here with 4 friends on a Sunday morning. We got here at around 8am and found the corner table available! I got the baklava croissant to share and the unfarthing egg bagel. The croissant was great, with a sweet filling and perfect texture - it’s big and sweet so it’s a good dessert pastry to share. The egg bagel sandwich was so delicious and very filling. The baklava mocha coffee was great too. What a treat! If you are coming here as a group and want to dine in, this is the place to eat and leave - not to linger and chat as it gets packed pretty quickly and you’d have folks visibly waiting to use your table ????

I think this might have been one of the top 3 best meals of my life. My friend and I agree that we want to try every SINGLE item on the menu. So far the halva honey latte, crispy falafel pita with whipped feta, carrot hummus, and brown butter cinnamon cookie were all Literally Perfect. Like. I can’t emphasize enough how good this place is.

ETA: After the cross-contact with the allergen occurred the restaurant reached out to talk to me directly about what happened. I am extremely impressed and appreciative of this outreach. It really showed a depth of concern that is sadly rare these days. And the food really is incredibly good. Original Post: The food is delicious, no question, however the kitchen does not take care to avoid cross contamination with known allergens. There is no allergy statement or policy on their website or printed on their menus.

Yes Yellow lives up to the hype and is well worth the wait. That sandwich especially the bread moved me to tears, it tasted just like my grandmother's bread back home in Morocco. The orange blossom croissant is more like a glazed croissant but not too sweet. Everything is fresh and whipped up with creative twists on authentic Middle Eastern cuisine. Note that on weekends they run out of pastries by noon. If there are no seats available, you should enjoy your treats on the Georgetown waterfront!

Yellow offers a delicious and unique take on breakfast with Middle Eastern flavors. There was a small line when we arrived but it moved quickly. The service was fast and friendly. The Urfathing Egg Bagel was delicious, although I wish the menu made it clear that it came with tomato and cucumber, but the egg, kashkaval cheese, and green tatbili sauce were a perfect combo with the seasoning on the bagel.

If you are looking for great vibes, phenomenal soft serve, and a warm atmosphere to spend time with friends, this is the place for you! Food is soo good and everything about Yellow feels like a warm hug. Very excited they started doing dinner because it was delicious. Know you’re gonna spend money because you want every course and it’s worth it.

Yellow is a total vibe. We went for lunch, and, surprise—there was a line! It's a bit of a seating-and-food-delivery circus, but honestly, it's worth the confusion. We had the Amba Chicken Pita, the Smoked Lamb Pita, and some classic hummus to share. Everything was delicious, but let’s talk about those baklavas. They came in this super cute tin that I got to take home! Hands down, some of the best baklavas I've ever had. We’ll definitely be back—those baklavas and that cute tin have us hooked! ????????

This gem has been on my hit list for a while. Came on a weekend and of course, it was packed with a line. But, service was quick and efficient with warm, friendly staff. Cozy yet vibrant decor; felt like a coffee shop and restaurant simultaneously. The food was heavenly. Per recommendation, I got the Chicken Shawarma Pita. You could tell they make the Pita themselves; it was so fresh and had an incredible consistency. The chicken and labneh were well seasoned and complimented each other overall. I had a hard time deciding which coffee to get, but chose the Coconut Cardamom Iced Coffee. The coconut cold foam was the best cold foam I've had- it honestly reminded me of an Indian coconut desert. To try a pastry, I opted for the Apricot Strawberry Ma'amoul Cookie. Small but mighty in flavor- you tasted the orange blossom water along with the lovely fruity flavors. Overall, everything was delicious. I'll definitely come back. Things I plan to try next time are the Lamb Shoulder Pita, Batata Tots, Orange Blossom Croissant, Baklava Mocha Latte, Peanut Dalgona Iced Coffee, and so much more!

The reviews are accurate of this place and so is the line consistently out the door. Have been here for a year and without fail if this place is open every time you drive or walk by the line is out the door. Finally stopped by after work with a fairly large group of 9. Fast casual place with really good food. I got the chicken schwarmma and tried one of the hummus' and would highly recommend both. Would pick to get the pita over the chips with the hummus, there is a small charge for the pita but it's worth it. Also got the snickerdoodle like cookie which was also good. Seating can be a problem as some people will sit forever even after finishing their food. But most will move after they're done. There's indoor and outdoor seating, first come first serve. There's street parking around but it's in a pretty busy area so can be difficult to find.
